Glove Integrity Tester
IsoClean Glove Integrity Tester is a dedicated apparatus which is used to check the integrity of Isolators / RABS systems gloves. ISC glove integrity testers are provided in two models
Manual testing System
- Most manual system has the control valves &differential pressure gauges installed on the tester body itself. This provides minimum foot print for the tester in use.
- All data generated from the tester can be stored & migrated safely without tampering.
Automatic
- The automatic system consists of a mobile trolley consisting of control valves, sesnors, PLC & HMI.
- These systems can be connected to a variety of IsoClean Glove Testers. The unique identification system identifies the type of tester connected to the automatic rig.
IsoClean can also design Custom Glove leak testers for the customer’s existing Glove ports*.
We supplied all types of Gloves Integrity tester based on the Client requirement.
